Thanks to everyone for your enthusiasm at introducing new technology into the
Eclipse Foundation infrastructure.

The issue of bug and issue tracking is very complex and is deeply intertwined
with our IP processes, our development processes and our community. In
particular, we strive for consistency and transparency in our Eclipse projects,
and we believe a separate issue tracking system would severely hurt a project’s
transparency. It would create a barrier to entry for adopters of that project
and a barrier to co-operation with other Eclipse projects.

As Martin mentioned above, this was discussed at the recent Board meeting.
Neither the Board nor the EMO believes we should adopt a second issue tracking
system at this time. Given that, I am closing this bug as "WONTFIX"

Thanks again.
