Guys, not to be the 'negative nancy' here, but google calendar is probably the
best thing that has happened to Eclipse project organization. Projects are now
posting their calendars in a public and transparent fashion. It's easy to
consolidate these calendars using either google's services or things like
mozilla's sunbird. I actually make meetings now that they are all consolidated
now.
My vote is to keep with the google calendar story. There's no harm is letting
things like meeting info and public attendance out there.
I think we can focus on problems that affect the Eclipse community versus this
administrative stuff which works now IMHO.
