The Committer and Contributor category at EclipseCon contained several talks
addressing these issues last year.
Hopefully we will have more excellent submissions this year.
As the C&C category lead, I will be doing a blog post on the EclipseCon blog
(http://eclipsecon.blogspot.com/) to recruit exactly this type of content.
