[eclipse.org-architecture-council] EAC Meeting Dates: The Winner is...

... Keeping Thursday as our meeting time.

It was a Finish with lots of votes in the end. I took the freedom of interpreting the following textual non-explicit votes:
"wouldn't object to alternating" == +1 alternating: DaveW, DarinW, TomW, TimdB
"have a standing meeting on Tues" == -1 Tues: DarinW, PhilippeM, TomW, TimdB, Georg

This gives the following results hoping I didn't mess up the count:

+15 Thursday (Andrew, Jeff, Martin, Fitz, Oisin, DaveW, DarinW, Wayne, PhilippeM, DarinS, TomW, TimdB,
                   JohnG, Naci, Georg, EugeneC, Brett
 - Oliver, DougC)
+13 Alternating (Jeff, Neil, Boris, DougC, Fitz, Oisin, DaveW, DarinW, Wayne, DarinS, TomW, TimdB, Brett)
+3 Tuesday (Jeff, Oliver, Chris, Martin, DougC, Fitz, Oisin, Wayne, Brett - Neil, DarinW, PhilippeM, TomW, TimdB, Georg)

So, although I even counted non-explicit votes in favor of alternating, we have a majority for keeping Thursdays (which is understandable given that 6 members have standing meetings on Tuesdays).

I'm sorry for Oliver Cole and Doug Clarke who cannot join on Thursdays, but I'll do my very best to support everyone in adding input to the agenda upfront, and providing accurate meeting notes such that your membership on the AC is valuable even if you cannot join the meetings. Given the large croud we are, I assume that much work is going to happen offline anyways.

Of course I'd even more appreciate if you'd find a way to move your standing meetings (at least occasionally).

I'll send out a Google Calendar meeting invitation for our next meeting on Thursday, Sep 11 shortly. Please respond to that invitation by clicking Yes or No even if you have responded before. Only your new resonse will be counted for the attendee list.

An initial agenda is open for adding items on http://wiki.eclipse.org/Architecture_Council/Minutes_September_11_2008

Thanks,
