The Council Meetings will be held at the Hotel Allegro in Chicago (www.allegrochicago.com), June 27-29/06.

 

Tuesday, June 27^th – Requirements (all day) and Architecture (afternoon)

Wednesday, June 28th - Plenary w/Board and Architecture (afternoon)

Thursday, June 29^th – Planning (all day)

 

We are guaranteed a rate of $189.00/night.  Please call the hotel directly at 1-312-236-0123 to make your reservation.  Indicate that you are with the “Eclipse Board and Council Meeting” to ensure you are given the preferred rate.  Our block will be held until May 24^th.   I’d appreciate having confirmation of your attendance.

 

There will be a group dinner the evening of June 27^th at the 312 Chicago Restaurant, on-site.  The menu will be pre-selected and those interested in attending the dinner will be asked to pre-pay $60.00/each to help offset the cost.  To register, visit:  http://www.regonline.com/96095
