[eclipse-pmc] Mark unsupported methods in IWorkbenchWindowConfigurer for

Dear PMC,

the following methods are not used / supported anymore since the 4x release.

createMenuBar
createCoolBarControl
createStatusLineControl
createPageComposite
setShowFastViewBars
getShowFastViewBars

I would like to mark them for deletion. See
