I'm curious about this constraint. What does it bring for TLP name to be a trademak? I guess ither TLP like Eclipse.Technology, Eclipse Tools, Eclipse IoT are not trademarks nor could become one, could they? And AFAIK it didn't prevent them from reaching their objectives. Did it?

If it does help in anything, why bother?
