I'd prefer to finish
the old process as is and not start introducing changes. Then have a fresh
start after Photon.

We are usually
not restrictive in approving additions after M6.

As post Photon we plan to release
every 3 months, having a 3 months
API freeze period looks a bit too much IMHO.
Thus I propose moving API freeze to M7 and M6 stays the deadline for
any API breakage (we didn't had such differentiation until now).
WDYT?
