Dear PMC,

I've uncovered https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=512687 a bit late in the RC cycles for 4.6.3 as we did not have a working machine for testing earlier.

I'm planning to fix this in RC4 provided the PMC approves. The failure is specific to Linux/ppc64le platform and there are no source changes involved, only the SWT native libraries need to be rebuilt and committed to git. Please indicate your approval on the bug.
