Yes, as long as they don't rely on a Java
project having the JRE or compiling such a project. Using the JRE 9 to
compile and run stuff directly on the file system should work.

But how about m2e, wtp and others they should be okey referring to Java
9 runtimes/exec environments to at least enable usage of Java9 *if* user
has it installed, correct ?
