No, otherwise we would ship it directly with JDT. EPP users will be able
to install it via Marketplace, like for Mars.

But how about m2e, wtp and others they should be okey referring to Java 9 runtimes/exec environments to at least enable usage of Java9 *if* user has it installed, correct ?

The Neon release itself will not provide any support for Java 9, but we
will provide features patches whenever major new functionality is
available. [JDT and PDE] (456778)
