Dear PMC members,

Lars Vogel has been nominated as new co-lead for the Eclipse Platform UI
sub-project, see https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/platform-ui-dev/msg06034.html
for details. He will replace Daniel Rolka. Since there were no objections
from the Platform UI committers we should approve this change and forward
it to the EMO for final approval.
