Dear PMC members

As we all know, back in April Pawel stepped down as Platform Debug lead. Mike was accepted as new Debug lead (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/platform-debug-dev/) but we never approved him. If I don't see a -1, I'll inform the EMO next Monday about this change.
