Fellow PMC members,

We discussed a couple of weeks ago some minor restructuring to the sub-projects
under the Eclipse project. I have entered the following bug to act as the
restructuring review documentation as required by the Eclipse development
process. Can you please review the proposal in the bug to confirm it matches
what we discussed, and then respond to this mailing list message with your
vote on approving the restructuring.
