[eclipse-pmc] Marking some Platform API for future deletion

I am proposing that we mark some Platform API for future deletion according to our deletion policy [1]. These are all APIs that are no longer functional in Platform 4.2, so documenting them as marked for future deletion is the clearest possible signal that clients should immediately stop using them. The complete list is in this bug report:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=370248#c3

We can discuss at tomorrow's PMC call. For PMC members that can't make the call, please vote on this mailing list, since API deletion requires consensus of all PMC members.

John
