[eclipse-pmc] 3.4.2 APT fix

APT will be fixing bug 256184 - getDeclaredType throws
IllegalArgumentException for array types.

We need to investigate bug 258917 ("[jsr269] Not-yet-implemented methods
in Java 6 APT"), which mentions two other currently unsupported methods;
it may be possible and appropriate to fix this in 3.4.2 but I don't know
yet.
