Yes, please. As I said in the bug, I'm all for discussing this further in the 3.5 stream (and personally, I'd like to see us at least consider having a "proper" set of tabs for our properties rather than just one), but I don't believe we should be making a change like this in a maintenance release.

[CommonNavigator] 'Advanced' as name for the "normal" properties in
Properties view seems wrong

DESCRIPTION:
Our fix for bug 239136 introduced a regression that effects other
languages and is visible in the tabbed properties view used by the
Common Navigator. Other languages would not see their translated tab
in 3.4.1 but instead the english word "Resource".
FIX:
-The fix is to revert the code to 3.4.0, and address the tabbed
properties issue in the 3.5 stream.
RISKS:
-This is a low risk label change.
PERFORMANCE IMPACT:
-none
