This is a request to the PMC to approve
the following bug for RC2

Bug 233330 Problems with the pde.p2
feature

I'm requesting PMC approval because
this change means that the optional org.eclipse.pde.p2.ui feature will
be moved from the pde to the sdk feature. Currently this problem is causing
a compile error in the build. This compile error wasn't discovered earlier
because of this bug which has since been resolved.

I've run a successful test build with
these changes.
