[eclipse-pmc] Committer vote for Curtis Windatt has been approved by the PMC

eclipse PMC Members,
The PMC has approved the vote for Curtis Windatt's full Committer status on
the eclipse.jdt project. The next step is for the project lead to fill out
the online new committer form
http://www.eclipse.org/legal/committer_process/committer_request.html.
The PMC's comments were: Curtis should have commit rights to the following
