[eclipse-mirrors] Extra files being mirrored

Hello Everyone,

  It's been reported that some temporary builds are being mirrored when that was not desired.

As such we have updated our exclude list to prevent this, and if you would like to clean up the affected directories have the following patterns:

*eclipse/updates/*-X*

*eclipse/updates/*-Y*
