Hi Team,

This mirror does not seem to be working. Here are the details:

• Building code from Jenkins
• Server in AWS Virginia
• Error: java.net.ConnectException: Network is unreachable (connect failed)
• If I enable building until success in Jenkins, it takes on average 3 builds to create a successful build (i.e. not get the above exception)

Please let me know if you need any additional details.
