We have created a new public Eclipse mirror for HTTP. The details are 
below:

    URL of mirror : http://mirror.downloadvn.com/eclipse/
    Country where the mirror is located : Vietnam
    Contact email address : contact@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    Update frequency : once a day
    Rsync repository used : download.eclipse.org
    I have configured my HTTP server as requested : yes

Total size:
    du -sh eclipse/
    857G    eclipse/

Could you please check and add our mirror to database?
