download.eclipse.org will be offline most of the day tomorrow, SaturdayFeb. 9 as the Eclipse Foundation moves its servers to a new datacentre. By Sunday, Feb 10 everything should be restored and back to normal.

You may wish to tweak your rsync jobs depending on your level oftolerance to rsync errors :-)
