I see your mirror listed for 
eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.1.2-201202230900/eclipse-SDK-4.1.2-win32.zip 
and a couple of other random files I tried.

You may not appear in some results if our crawler was unable to check 
that your mirror had the file in question.
