Hello Denis,
we switched back to sync with
mirrorservice.org.
The servers from US and Bulgary kept having frequent connection timeouts, while
mirrorservice.org did a full three-days download without a problem.
Please note that the 'ztime' directory at Mirorservice.org referred by an answer from Matt (see below) is still showing the same last update at the end of January.
Anyway let's hope this will not push we out of the mirror list again.

Hi Vincnezo,
It looks like your not getting the 'ztime' directory from the main
site, which is causing our mirror check script to think you are out of
date. According to the date stamp you last updated that file at the end
of January. Once it's up to date you should start to appear in the
mirror results.
