[eclipse-mirrors] Eclipse Indigo files are in place

This message is intended mostly for those Eclipse Members participating 
in the Member Distros program.  All the files for the Indigo packages 
are in place.  If you've explicitly registered your IP with us this 
year, you can use this simple rsync command to fetch everything:

rsync -av download.eclipse.org::eclipseMemberDistros/ .
