Hi Carlos,

I'm sorry this has happened.  Thanks for your patience.  The permissions 
look fine to me at the moment.  The problem is that the projects have 
control over their own file paths and sometimes they change these things 
by accident before our scripts can rectify the ownership issue.  We are 
looking into automated promotion of downloads via scripting so I hope we 
can resolve this in the future by stricter control of which files are 
put out there and what permissions they have.  Are you seeing these often?
