[eclipse-mirrors] eclipse mirror at Beijing Jiaotong University

Hello, everyone, due to the limit of network speed (and maybe also the
Chinese New Year), we have to rsync from a Taiwan mirror previously,
but the data on that mirror seems to be out-dated, but Beijing Jiaotong
University miiror is on the mirror list of the eclipse.org, so a large amount of 404 errors happened, we are so sorry for that.

Now the rsync has finished. It is at http://mirror.bjtu.edu.cn/eclipse
