[eclipse-mirrors] Shutting down eclipse.comactivity.net

Hi,

We are  running low on resources and I have to shut down the mirror  
service for now. Hopefully I'll get it back on at a later time. Since  
Sweden now have a lot faster mirror, I don't think it will be missed  
that much anyway :).
