Re: [eclipse-mirrors] Europa release ready to be mirrored

I seem to get a lot of deletes everytime I start my sync script again.

I had synced from the german server ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de and was finished synchronising. This gave me around 120GB of data.

Then, to make sure I have the latest updates, I synced again from the download.eclipse.org mirror. This gave me a full list of deletes that brought me back to 90GB. What's happening ? Are there so many changes each day ?

How can you guys keep your mirror up-to-date when nobody seems to have a good speed towards the main mirrors, and things keep changing so fast.

anyone ?

For faster RSYNCs, you may use europa-mirror1.eclipse.org as an
alternative to download.eclipse.org (the rsync options stay the same).
It's connected to a 200Mbit pipe with no activity at all (yet!).

Could you please fix the file permissions for eclipse/updates/TIME on
europa-mirror1.eclipse.org? It always reports the following error.

rsync: send_files failed to open "/eclipse/updates/TIME" (in
eclipseMirror): Permission denied (13)
