Hi,
you can use ftp.roedu.net as sync server. Is very close to you ;)
rsync -v rsync://ftp.roedu.net/packages/eclipse/
You can also check the status of the eclipse mirror using Simba web
interface at: http://ftp.roedu.net/mirrors-status/
