So, we should not only be careful in selecting the minimal Execution
Environment (no idea why some people abbreviate it as BREE), but also
make sure the plugins have minimal dependencies.

It's BREE because the header you set in a MANIFEST.MF is Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment (BREE).

Plus... BREE rolls off the tongue nice... it sounds like a fine cheese :)
