[eclipse-dev] Icon design templates

Hi,

I am looking for icon templates for common used icon types. eg files / 
folders / run / stop / ... and also for overlays like edit/delete/new 
(pencis, small x, small start) which can be combined with basic icons.

Is there a repository where we host such default icons to support a 
common look and feel, or is each project on its own?
