Committers, please review the Eclipse SDK
readme file and send fixes to this bug report:

I am mainly interested in changes to
the "Known Issues" section for your project or component. You
can attach a patch, but I would be just as happy with an explanation in
a bugzilla comment of what you want added, removed, or changed. The readme
has both 3.8 and 4.2 variants so changes have to be merged carefully across
streams. I can take care of doing that if you just describe the changes
in bugzilla.

Note the Platform UI team has a separate
bug for tracking issues specific to 4.2 only (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=380817).
