You don't have to rebuild the world — by providing a pointer to p2 repo with the pre-built components (i.e., the latest I-build), you can just build one component at a time, or a tree of components. So I can build the entire platform.ui, or just org.eclipse.e4.demo.contacts, with the dependencies coming from the I-build. Brian.
