To reflect Platform 4.x being our main development stream for Juno, the main Eclipse project download page now lists only 4.x stream downloads:

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/

On that page you will find a link to the new location for 3.x stream downloads (Indigo and earlier):

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/eclipse3x.php
