[eclipse-dev] Review your component "what's new" sections

A draft of combined "What's new"
entries is now in the platform documentation. Please review the entries
for your component to ensure they are still accurate and the screen shots
are still correct. This is also an opportunity to add any additional entries
that you might have missed during the milestone New & Noteworthy docs.
