Update as of today:

- I have moved the target for all bugs with target < M7 to '3.7 M7'
- We have 19 remaining M7 bugs: http://tinyurl.com/eclipse37M7
- 172 bugs are still targeted '3.7' and need to be re-targeted:

   ==> please update the target to an RC* target, to '3.8' or remove the
