Polish: Reminder to look at all polish

Performance: All bugs blocked by the
master 3.7 performance bug need to at least be investigated to understand
what the problem is. The components with open performance bugs are: Platform
UI (4), PDE UI (1), Ant (1), and API Tools (1). The master bug is:

Java 7: We are starting to do test builds
running our test suites against builds of JDK 7. If bugs are opened in
your component related to running your tests on Java 7, please take a look.
We want to understand whether the failures are just bad assumptions in
your tests, or potential problems with JDK 7 that we can report to the
VM vendor.
