Workspace:
- only one 3.6.2 bug left i.e. Bug 332640, the fix is already in HEAD
  and we plan to backport it to 3.6.2 RC2
- fixing M5 bugs:
  - Bug 330490 - API and UI to configure SCM URLs for import [in progress]
  - Bug 325000 - Project properties not sorted on IBM VMs [in progress]
- Bug 315694 -Team > Merge operation for project contains logical model
  always show no changes between two branches [fixed]
- Bug 207510 - Call to IResource.setEncoding() persists derived file's
  encoding setting in .settings\org.eclipse.core.resources.pref [fixed]
- James Blackburn is a new committer in core.runtime and core.resources
- Jan 6th is a holiday in Poland [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epiphany_(holiday)]
