All component leads need to look at the other teams' component milestone plans. This is to ensure that there are no problems with work that spans multiple components.
We discussed dropping support for Windows 95/98/ME from the native launcher (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=289138). The consensus was to drop it, but just for the launcher (not SWT).
