JDT UI:
- added compiler version 1.7 in the UI
- continued work on Call Hierarchy preferences dialog
- removed outdated org.eclipse.jdt.ui.examples.projects
- reviewed patches
- vacation

Platform Text and JDT Text:
- removed auto-assist for regular expressions in Find/Replace dialog
- avoiding progress dialog for Add Javadoc command
- vacation
