- There will not be any scheduled builds after the Thursday 2000 (RC4) build.
- After RC4, code changes and builds require PMC approval.
- The PMC felt that they ought to be more closely involved with bugs in the end game, particularly during RC4. Next year, the teams should announce fixes before they go in, not after.
