This note is for anyone that may be using the new OSGi interface org.osgi.framework.hooks.service.PublishHook. This interface is being renamed to EventHook.

Other than tests, I am not aware that anyone in Eclipse is using this interface. I think ECF may start using it in the future to implement RFC 119 but I don't think they are using it right now. I am integrating this change into the build tonight to flush out any issues that may come up in M5 builds next week. Please let me know if you have concerns about this change.
