Equinox:
- The ECF team has recommended that the p2 team consume ECF
version 2.1 for the 3.4.2 release. ECF wants to contribute
version 2.1 of the ECF bundles to the Ganymede winter release
(3.4.2). It would be good if p2 used the same versions as the
ones ECF is contributing to Ganymede winter release. For the
ECF bundles p2 uses, version 2.1 only contains bug fixes from
the previous versions we have used. We need eclipse PMC approval
before making the switch in 3.4.2.
