Please note that the assumption is that
NO code fix is going to be released post RC4.
Now, in case of show stopper, we may
have to recontribute for 3.4.0 (beside doc contributions). In this event,
you would need to consult with PMC to get a license to kill.

Please look at your respective critical
issues, and tell us on next arch call if you think you have some in this
category (having none is actually good at this stage).
