I'll be opening bugs against the components
with missing about.htmls.  I'd like to ask that teams hold off releasing
these changes until we have declared RC4.

I assume this is not a change from your previous note
though: Today we only want the one p2 fix in the build, we will update
the doc, including the about.html's, in a subsequent build, yes?
