There is actually code in place in 3.4 to detect when users are  
running under GCJ.  These users should get a warning in the workspace  
chooser dialog on startup that points them to new doc that's been  
written that explains the issues  (thanks Remy!).  You should also be  
able to find this doc by searching for "GCJ" in our help system.  This  
information is also duplicated in our /readme/readme_eclipse.html file.
