EclipseCon is coming up and once again
we should start thinking about talks to submit.  This year there are
several tracks that might resonably be targets for talks from the Eclipse
team

Having said that, for now don't focus
too much on the tracks but rather what you think would be interesting/useful
for EclipseCon participants.  Talks can be shuffled between tracks
if necessary.
