[eclipse-dev] Clarification: Need to load org.eclipse.sdk and org.eclipse.ui.ide.application when launching from HEAD

org.eclipse.sdk from HEAD now points to a different plug-in than it did in 
the last I build. It used to point to org.eclipse.ui.ide - it now points 
to org.eclipse.ui.ide.application.

If you run with either org.eclipse.sdk or org.eclipse.ui.ide out of HEAD 
you should be sure have org.eclipse.sdk,org.eclipse.ui.ide and 
org.eclipse.ui.ide.application loaded.
